CANTERBURY BASEBALL CLUB
Manager Responsibilities
Canterbury Baseball Club relies heavily on its volunteers and support team. Without team managers we would struggle to support each team within the club.
The role of a manager is to assist both the team and coach to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Below is a short list of some of the jobs that team managers will need to assist with:

Collating up-to-date team lists and distributing it to your coach and team.

Liaising with the Club Registrar to complete all required team forms

Creating team contact groups (i.e. email, text, whatsapp)

Delivering all relevant club information to the team (i.e. draws, training details, club fundraisers, club events, etc)

Organising game day rosters for any required game day duties.
This may include:-
Canteen or BBQ

Scoring
-
Ground Set Up/Pack Up

Completing and processing CSJBA Score Sheets

Sending in the Match Report
-
Liaising with the Club Committee
-
Attending any Coaches and Managers meetings scheduled by the club
